-France & DOM TOM: taxes are included in the price of the products, no expenses must be asked to you by the conveyor.

-European Union countries: the taxes are included in the price of the products, no expenses must be asked to you by the conveyor.

-United States, Canada, Australia, Israel, Lebanon, Taiwan, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway: taxes & custom fees are not included in the price of the products. Customs fees may be requested by the carrier upon delivery according to the regulations in force, the same applies in case of return.

 

  • TRACK MY ORDER

You can follow the progress of your order at any time by going to your customer account.

-You just have to go to your account

-Go to the space : my orders

-The status of your order is displayed in the tab "status", it is also available in the details of your order

-When the status displays "in delivery" it means that your package has left our warehouses and is being delivered. You can track your delivery directly on the website of the selected carrier.

 

  • MODIFY MY ORDER

An order cannot be cancelled after 30 minutes

 

  • MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THE SENDER

 II/ RETURNS

  • TERMS OF RETURN

 

-TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

>FRANCE: You have a period of 14 days after the date of receipt of your order to return any product.

>Outside France: You have 7 working days to send your package.

Your item must be in perfect condition: never worn, washed or damaged, in its original packaging and accompanied by its invoice (or copy).

All returned items will be fully refunded or will be subject to a credit note, according to your preference.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order via your customer account.

We would like to inform you that any returns received on our premises more than 21 days after the date of delivery of your order will be refused and will not be processed by our services.

 

-RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

>RETURN : The return shipping is free for France (except outlet & braderie), provided that you have at least one piece of the current collection in your order.

>IMPORTANT : The sale is an exceptional commercial operation.

There is also a permanent "OUTLET" corner on the e-shop which qualifies the articles of old collections. In order to differentiate them from current collection items, you will see on each product sheet of the latter the mention OUTLET.

You can use the prepaid label normally available in your package upon delivery.

>Customs and Transport: for international deliveries, customs fees may be required for the return of your product, these fees are to be paid by the customer.

 

-HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1) Go to "My account" section

2) Consult your order history

3) Click on the concerned order form, check the product(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason(s) for the return in the box provided and if you wish a VOUCHER (valid for 6 months) or a REFUND.

4) A confirmation of 'Return accepted' will be validated within 24 hours (return requests made on weekends will be validated on Monday). We will confirm by e-mail that your request has been taken into account.

4) Prepare your package with the items in their original packaging and the return form to be printed from your account in the "Returns" section.

5) Stick the label on your parcel (if collection in progress) and deposit it in your post office, a relay point or directly in your mailbox

6) Go to the carrier of your choice to return it to us at the following address

-EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not available on the e-shop.

To "exchange a product", you must return it to us and place a new order.

-DEADLINE

The reikojeans.com online store commits to refund you within 14 days from the day we receive your package in our warehouse.

Reminder: Refunds of items during the sale, excluding the current collection, are made only in the form of credits, valid for 6 months on the e-shop.
