Secure payment

Different payment methods are offered on our shop www.reikojeans.com. You can pay online, by credit card (Visa, Maestro, MasterCard) or by payment account (Paypal), ) but also in 3X without fees with our partner Scalapay.

The payment is made during the validation of your order on our eshop. We do not offer payment by check or bank transfer.

 

  • Payment with a gift card or a credit

If you wish to pay your order with your gift card or your credit, you just have to enter the code "coupon/credit" in the box of your basket.

Your order is lower than the amount of your gift card or credit?

If you pay your order with your credit or gift card and the amount of your order is less than the amount of your credit/gift card, the remaining amount will be automatically credited either:

-In a second credit note with the amount of the difference

-On your gift card directly, it will now have the amount of the difference.

 

  • Payments in 3X without fees with SCALAPAY

Order now & pay later with our partner Scalapay which allows you to pay your purchases in 3 times without minimum purchase and especially without fees. Available in France, Germany & Italy.

How it works: your order does not change, it is shipped directly but its total amount is divided into 3 monthly installments, the first of which starts at the time of the order & the others follow over the next two months.

You will receive a text message or an email a few days before each payment as a reminder.

- 1st payment : at the time of the order

- 2nd instalment: 1 month later from the day the order is shipped

- 3rd installment: 2 months later from the day the order is shipped

Any order placed with Scalapay gives the right to a refund, this service is not available for a gift card or an exchange.

  • Credit card payments secured by Payplug

The payment by credit card on www.reikojeans.com is 100% secured by our partner Payplug.

We do not have access to your credit card data, and only the information related to your order is communicated to us.

When you do a purchase on our eshop with your credit card, you are directed to our PayPlug payment page which is fully secured thanks to the HTTPS protocol. The payment process is therefore carried out directly on the secure PayPlug server.

The sensitive data, such as the number of bank card and its expiry date, are entirely encrypted and protected thanks to the TLS protocol. The exchanged information cannot be intercepted in clear, neither by a third party during the transaction, nor by PayPlug once the transaction is over.

  • Payments by Paypal

The payment by PayPal on www.reikojeans.com is made from our online store only.

During the payment you will be automatically directed to the PayPal secure payment platform. We do not have your bank details at any time.

  • Refused payments

It is possible that your bank refuses the validation of your transaction. In this case, we advise you to check the limit of your account and the correct entry of your bank details. If a transaction is invalid, we recommend that you contact your bank and inform them.

In the case of a refused payment, your order will not be validated and the products will not be reserved.

Debit of your bank account

Your bank account will be debited directly at the validation of your order. Your order is considered validated as soon as you see it appears on your customer area in the "my returns" section.

If any problem arises on your order is subject to a refund, your account will be credited within 48 hours.

Invoices

You have the possibility to consult your invoices on your customer space, in the heading "my orders". You just have to click on the concerned order to download them. In the case of a refused payment, your order will not be validated and the products will not be reserved.
